{"id":40,"date":"2005-02-21T17:56:23","date_gmt":"2005-02-21T22:56:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gillesenvrac.ca\/carnet\/?p=40"},"modified":"2005-02-21T17:56:23","modified_gmt":"2005-02-21T22:56:23","slug":"le-mantra-du-km","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gillesenvrac.ca\/carnet\/2005\/02\/le-mantra-du-km\/","title":{"rendered":"Le mantra du KM"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><strong>What have you learned from dabling in KM? <\/strong>Here is my quick list:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge is about relationships &amp; dialog not access to information<\/li>\n<li>Improved <em>awareness<\/em> has greater long term value that <em>access<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Tools do not really matter &#8211; identity and trust do!<\/li>\n<li>A shared language bootstraps creativity and collaboration<\/li>\n<li>KM takes time, 3-5 years!! <span style=\"font-style: italic\">&#8212; tir\u00e9 de <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/denham.typepad.com\/km\/2005\/02\/learning_from_k.html\"><span style=\"font-style: italic\">Knowledge at Work<\/span> <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/denham.typepad.com\/km\/2005\/02\/learning_from_k.html\"><\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Un mantra \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter et mettre en pratique&#8230; la techno est subordonn\u00e9e aux \u00e9changes, g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de confiance mutuelle; \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 de language (de pratique ?), qui favorise la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9; le dialogue et la relation entre les personnes sont plus importants que l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;information&#8230;<br \/>\nDe l\u00e0 l&rsquo;importance de l&rsquo;engagement des membres du conseil d&rsquo;administration (et autres personnes influentes) si l&rsquo;on veut\u00a0s&rsquo;appuyer sur ces ressources technologiques pour faire un \u00ab\u00a0bond en avant\u00a0\u00bb dans le d\u00e9veloppement de notre <a href=\"https:\/\/gillesenvrac.ca\/carnet\/outlines\/communmautes_et_savoirs.html\">communaut\u00e9 de pratique<\/a>.<br \/>\n<!--more-->On ne dira pas que les technologies ne sont pas utiles&#8230; sinon je ne sais pas ce que je fais depuis toutes ces heures \u00e0 fouiller dans le ventre du futur extranet du <a href=\"http:\/\/rqiiac.qc.ca\/\">RQIIAC<\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Sur le m\u00eame registre, <a href=\"http:\/\/sig.levillage.org\/index.php?p=589\">Akasig<\/a> r\u00e9sume le rapport du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cefrio.qc.ca\/\">Cefrio<\/a> que je n&rsquo;ai <a href=\"https:\/\/gillesenvrac.ca\/carnet\/index.php?p=23\">pas encore<\/a> lu !<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Quels sont les principaux facteurs organisationnels de succ\u00e8s ?<\/strong> Pour qu\u2019une communaut\u00e9 connaisse le succ\u00e8s, il faut distinguer deux phases dans son cycle vie : son d\u00e9marrage et son fonctionnement en r\u00e9gime de croisi\u00e8re. Pour la phase de <em>d\u00e9marrage<\/em>, c\u2019est la <strong>structure de l\u2019organisation<\/strong> qui est d\u00e9terminante. Le succ\u00e8s sera probablement au rendez-vous :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>si l\u2019environnement organisationnel n\u2019est pas un frein aux \u00e9changes (voire, au contraire, s\u2019il facilite et encourage ces \u00e9changes transverses),<\/li>\n<li>si le sujet d\u2019\u00e9changes choisi par la communaut\u00e9 est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme pertinent (comme ayant de la valeur) par ses membres ou par l\u2019organisation dans son ensemble<\/li>\n<li>et si l\u2019entreprise soutient formellement la communaut\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces facteurs structurels sont d\u00e9terminants pour que la sauce puisse prendre. Ils perdent ensuite leur importance lorsque la communaut\u00e9 entre en <em>r\u00e9gime de croisi\u00e8re<\/em>.
